Get ready to:
  • Monitor changes in regulations and standards.
  • Prepare personnel training plans and oversee their execution.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare statistics for the Compliance Monitoring System.
  • Fill out and maintain personnel training records in computer systems.
  • Track the expiry dates of training and checks to ensure personnel receive necessary training.
We expect You to have:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Experience working in a Compliance department or a maintenance support role, particularly with a background in Aircraft Maintenance, is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of EASA regulations related to Part M and Part CAMO is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
